The programme is being devised by a group of artists and media producers, in collaboration with the host venues.
There are two tech_2 confirmed workshops for Summer 2001:
The Cube Cinema in Bristol, 17 - 25 August 2001. Theme: Developing Independent Infrastructure for Independent Media initiatives.
Archway Centre, Leeds, with Pavilion / Switched On programme, Leeds, provisional workshop dates: 10 - 15 September with showcase performance at Leeds City Library, 13 October 2001 (date tbc).

For the programmes in 2002, we are also looking towards facilitating longer-term visits/residencies for international artists involved in this programme.
Tech_2 is contantly in progress and though the workshops are taking shape for summer 2001 there will be more work to do in 2002. There is always room for suggestions and more collaborators are very welcome. We are also open to suggestions and invitations from any non-profit media group who are interested in collaboratively hosting and devising a workshop programme.
